Erin Shultz is a Performance Specialist at Michael Johnson Performance in McKinney, Texas. Currently, her primary focus is working with MJP NextGen athletes, which involves coaching youth athletes of all ages in a one-to-one or group setting. She initially joined the team at MJP as an extern in the Summer of 2019, Certified NextGen Development Specialist (CNDS), and has since moved into a coaching role in addition to assisting within the Sports Medicine department.
Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience at the State University of New York at Binghamton. She was a four-year starter and played as a 6-rotation outside hitter for BU’s Division 1 volleyball program. Today, she stands among the top 15 players in program history in kills, service aces, and total career points scored by a player. Erin also has experience as an athlete in cross country, track & field, soccer, basketball, softball, swimming, cheerleading, and CrossFit.
