Brian is currently a part-time Physical Therapist at MJP in McKinney, TX, has been a member of the team since July 2015, and has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist since 2013. Originally from Florida, Brian was a former Academic All-American collegiate football player at Mississippi College where he earned his BS in Kinesiology in 2010 with a focus in exercise science. Following, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 from Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia. During his time at WJU, Brian completed a clinical rotation with Therapy Specialist’s of Oklahoma and Baylor Rehab FC Dallas Stadium.
Since graduation, Brian has practiced in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He has been part of the MJP team since July 2015. Brian is currently working toward obtaining his Sports Physical Therapy Specialist Certification. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time and taking outdoor trips with his wife. Additionally, he raises money for charities by running obstacle races. This year, on his road to World’s Toughest Mudder, Brian is raising money for 31Heroes which gives assistance to veterans struggle with PTSD and TBI. Brian also gives health and exercise tips once a week on his radio show aired on Talk Network Radio.
