MJP’s Summer School Training Program for Clark Middle School is designed to train athletes of any sport in the proper techniques and mechanics of speed, strength and conditioning. Each day will consist of 1 hour of speed & agility training and 1 hour of strength training. Throughout the summer, participants will become overall better athletes by increasing their linear speed, acceleration & change of direction, improving their explosiveness, enhancing their stamina, and learning the correct training techniques to help reduce the risk of injury.
