Training 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday), 2 hours each day, for 6 weeks
Consists of 1 hour of speed & agility training and 1 hour of strength training each day
Designed to train athletes of any sport in the proper techniques and mechanics of speed, strength and conditioning
Over the course of the summer, participants will become overall better athletes by working on all areas of athleticism
Includes a professionally executed Combine for legitimate pre-evaluation & post-evaluation results
Increase linear speed, acceleration & change of direction quickness
Become more powerful & explosive
Improve upper body & lower body strength
Learn the correct training techniques to help reduce the risk of injury

We want to give our kids the best athletic experience they can have. For them to do that, they need to be at their peak ability, and I feel like this program through Michael Johnson Performance has allowed our kids to become significantly closer to their peak ability.
